Sri Seeta Rama Enterprises

Sri Seeta Rama Enterprises is located right at the Masjid Center, on Ganjamvari Street at number 26-6-21. This part of town is always bustling, especially around prayer times or during the local market days. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and the building has seen better days, but it’s sturdy enough for us. It’s a bit of a maze getting here with all the narrow lanes and the scooters parked everywhere. We don’t really have a big staff, just a few of us who have been together for years. We handle all sorts of goods, and the shop is usually packed from floor to ceiling. Sometimes it’s hard to find a specific item, but we usually know exactly which pile it’s in. We don't do much in terms of fancy displays or bright lights. Most of our customers are people from the neighborhood who have been coming to us since they were kids. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the big pedestal fans going full blast. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the regulars while we get their orders ready. It’s a very traditional way of doing things, I suppose. No computers for everything, just a lot of ledger books and memory. Ganjamvari Street is a loud, lively place, and we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. It’s just us, doing our daily work and keeping the shop running as best we can. We usually close up when the street starts to quiet down.
