You can find Sri Omkar Developers Private Limited at D.No.6-8-7 on the second floor of a building on Nidamarthi Vari Street. We are right in T Nagar, which is a pretty lively part of Rajamahendravaram in the East Godavari district. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, but most of our time is spent on the ground at various sites. This isn't a high-pressure corporate office. It’s more of a place where we sit down with a cup of tea and look over land documents. Developing land in this part of Andhra Pradesh involves a lot of talking to people and understanding the local rules. We deal with the dirt, the stones, and the sun every day. Sometimes the paperwork at the register office takes longer than we’d like, but we’ve learned to be patient. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to finish the project so we can start the next one. The workers we hire are mostly from around here, so we all know each other. It’s a practical business. We focus on the foundations and the walls rather than fancy brochures. Rajahmundry is changing fast, and we are just a small part of that change, working out of our office on Nidamarthi Vari Street. It’s honest, hard work and it keeps us very busy throughout the year.
