Rppl is tucked away in Rama Krishna Apartments over in Satya Prasanna Nagar. Kakinada is a nice place to work, especially this part of the East Godavari district. Our office is in Flat A-2, so it’s basically an apartment we turned into a workspace. It’s a bit different than a glass office building, but it suits us just fine. You have to walk up the stairs and the hallway is usually quiet. Inside, we have our computers and all the files spread out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who come by to talk about their projects. The coastal weather means it gets quite humid, so the fans are always going full blast. It’s not like we are some giant company with hundreds of employees. There are just a few folks here who know the area well and do the work that needs doing. There is a small shop nearby where we get our snacks, and the local regulars know when we are busy. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just take on the tasks, look at the plans, and get to work. It’s a steady life here. We like being in a residential area because it feels more personal. You see the same faces every day. It’s just us, working out of a flat in Kakinada.
