Reputed Hospital

People in Mandapeta know where we are, right near the Vidya Vani Convent in Ravulapeta. It’s a busy spot. We’ve been at Door No 17-2-68 for a good while now. It’s just Reputed Hospital. No fancy bells or whistles, just doors that open early every morning. Some days the lobby is packed, other days it's quieter. We spend a lot of time just keeping things tidy and making sure the chairs are in the right place. It gets dusty around here sometimes. My desk is usually covered in papers. I try to keep up with the filing, but it’s a lot. People come in for all sorts of things. Some are just looking for directions because the address is a bit long to write down. Prasanth is usually around. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It’s just us. We’ve got the regular shift changes and the delivery guy who always forgets where the side entrance is. It's a standard building. Nothing too special to look at from the outside, but it does the job. Most folks walk here or take a rickshaw. We know most of the faces that come through those doors by now. It’s part of the neighborhood life. The street noise from Mandepeta comes in through the window throughout the afternoon. We usually have a fan going because it gets quite warm. The building itself has seen a lot of years. There are some cracks in the pavement near the entrance. We just stay ready for whoever walks in.
