Our office is based in Kakinada, over in the Ramanayyapet area. We are located at H.No 9-15, which is quite near the Nalanda Vidya Niketan school. It’s a good landmark because everyone around here knows where the school is. This branch is part of the Real division of the company. The building itself is a regular house that’s been converted into an office space. It’s not one of those modern buildings with lots of glass and steel. It fits right in with the rest of the street. We’ve been here for a long time, and the staff is mostly made up of local people who live nearby. Kakinada can get very hot, but we keep the fans going and just get on with our work. The office is pretty simple inside. We have desks, chairs, and lots of filing cabinets for all the records we have to keep. We don’t really do any self-promotion or try to look fancy for visitors. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning. Having the school nearby makes the area feel quite lively, especially when the kids are coming and going. We like the atmosphere here. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of place. We just focus on our daily tasks and make sure everything is running as it should. It’s a practical way to manage things, and it has worked for us for years now.
