Ratna Constructions

Our office is located in the Ratna Kiriti Towers, which is right in the Madhava Nagar area here in Kakinada. If you are familiar with the T V S Prakash building, we are right in that same neighborhood. Being in East Godavari means it gets really hot during the middle of the day, so we mostly stay inside with the fans going full blast while we work. It’s a decent enough spot to work from. We have a few rooms where we keep all our project plans and the old files that seem to accumulate everywhere. It is not a big corporate setup, just a regular place where we get the daily work done. Usually, you will find one of us drinking tea and looking over some blueprints or talking to the guys out on the different construction sites. The towers are easy to find if you are coming through Madhava Nagar. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to check on how things are progressing. Kakinada is a nice place to be based, even if the humidity gets a bit much sometimes in the summer. Most of us grew up around here or in the nearby villages, so we know the local roads and the people well. We aren't trying to be anything we are not. We just show up, put in the hours, and then head home to see our families. It is a straightforward way to make a living.
