Ratansai Foundation

You can find us over in Vikas Nagar, specifically at 80-30-10, right near J N Road in Rajahmundry. It’s a pretty central spot in East Godavari, so there is always a lot of movement around us. The Ratansai Foundation operates out of a small space that we have had for a few years now. Rajahmundry is a busy city, and being near J N Road means we are always in the thick of it. The office itself is nothing special, just a few tables and some old cupboards filled with files. We spend our days dealing with the locals from Vikas Nagar and the surrounding areas. Sometimes people travel from quite far away to talk to us. The city is growing fast, so there is always construction noise in the background. We usually start the day early before it gets too hot. Most of our work is just practical stuff—helping people figure out things they can't do on their own. We don't have a big budget or any fancy equipment. It’s just us, some pens, and a lot of patience. If the power stays on, we get a lot done. If it doesn't, we sit outside and wait for the breeze. It’s just how things go here. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't; we are just a local foundation doing our bit in Rajahmundry. We don't have any big corporate goals, just the daily tasks.
