Poha Mill

Our Poha Mill is over at 53-1-145 in Ellapur. It’s a basic setup where we process flattened rice. The building is just a standard structure, nothing that would win any awards for looks. Inside, it’s all about the machines and the workflow. We spend our days making sure the grain is processed just right. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting bags and keeping the equipment running smoothly. Ellapur is a decent place for a business like this because we have enough space for the deliveries. We aren't a big company with many branches. It’s just this one mill. We started small and have stayed pretty much the same size over the years. We don't have a lot of meetings or big plans. Our main focus is just the daily output. If the machines are running and the poha is coming out well, then it’s a good day. Sometimes we have to stay late if there's a problem with the power or a machine jams, but that's just how it goes. We don't spend money on ads or fancy packaging. We just put the product in plain bags and get it to the people who need it. Most of our customers have been coming to us for a long time, so they know what to expect. It's a simple, honest way to make a living, and we enjoy being part of the local community here in Ellapur without all the extra fuss.
