We operate out of A-2-4/1A on Makhi Raju Street, right beside RK Printers in Gandhi Bazar. If you’ve ever walked through Gandhi Bazar, you know how crowded it gets with vendors and shoppers, especially in the evenings. Our building is tucked away a bit, but being next to the printers makes it easier for people to locate us. We handle marketing, but not in the way big city firms do. It’s more about getting products from one place to another and making sure the local shops have what they need on their shelves. Our office is filled with ledgers, sample products, and stacks of invoices. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. The noise from the street stays with us all day, and we usually have the door open to let a bit of a breeze in. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything like that; we just try to keep our accounts straight and our customers happy. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who drop in for a chat. We’ve been in this street for years, and we know most of the other shop owners by name. It’s a community-based way of doing things. We stay until the market starts to quiet down, then we lock up the shutters and head home like everyone else.
