Larsen & Toubro Limited

Model Colony in Danavaipeta is a decent neighborhood here in Rajahmundry. Our office is at Door 85-46-9, on Plot 115. It’s a fairly quiet area with a lot of residential houses and trees. This is where we handle the work for Larsen & Toubro Limited in this region. Suresh Kumar is the one in charge of the daily operations here. Being in Andhra Pradesh, it gets very hot and humid, but we are close enough to the Godavari river to get a bit of a breeze sometimes. Our routine is pretty straightforward. We come in, have some coffee, and start going through the project schedules. There is a lot of coordination involved with different teams. The office feels more like a home than a typical corporate space, which we actually prefer. We have a small yard out front with some plants that we try to keep alive. It’s a bit of a walk to the main road for shops, so we usually stay in for lunch or bring our own. Most of our day is spent dealing with paperwork and answering calls from various sites. It’s a steady pace of work. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here, just the essentials to keep things moving. It’s a good environment for focusing on the details without all the city noise. We just do our best to keep things running smoothly every day.
