KUSUMAHARA PROPERTIES LLP

We are over here in Anaparthy, right at Baba Nagar. It is a quiet spot, and Kusumahara Properties LLP has been running from D.No.3-422 for a while now. Some of us grew up in East Godavari, so we know these streets pretty well. We mostly just help people with land and small buildings around here. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just some desks and chairs where we sit and talk to folks about what they need. Sometimes people stop by just to ask about the market or what’s happening in the neighborhood. We keep things pretty simple. If you are looking for a plot or have a question about a local property, we are usually around during the day. The sun gets hot in Andhra, so we try to do most of our field visits in the morning. Being a small group, we handle everything ourselves from the paperwork to walking the boundaries of a site. There isn’t any complicated talk here. We just try to get the job done without much fuss. Life in Anaparthy moves at its own pace and we like it that way. Most of our days are spent checking on different sites and making sure things are moving along. It is honest work and it keeps us busy. We have seen the town change over the years, and we are just a small part of it now.
