We are set up at Lig Ii 345, Phase V in Lalacharuvu, which is part of Rajahmundry in East Godavari. This is a residential area, so it is a bit quieter than being in the middle of the main market. Being an OPC, or One Person Company, means it is a very personal operation. Most of the weight falls on just a few shoulders. We handle various exports from this location, dealing with the daily grind of finding buyers and organizing shipping. Rajahmundry is a busy city, and being in Phase V gives us a bit of a home base to manage everything. The office is not much to brag about—just a desk, a computer, and a lot of folders. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking emails. It is not the most exciting work to talk about, but it is what keeps the lights on. We do not use big words or make grand promises. We just try to get the goods from point A to point B without any major disasters. Every shipment has its own set of problems, but we have learned how to deal with the local bureaucracy over time.
