Janahitha Foundation

We are over here at Sitarampuram Village, specifically at Pallapu Satyanarayana’s place. It’s a quiet spot in Rajanagaram Mandal. If you look for door number 4-27, you’ll find where we handle all our things. The Janahitha Foundation is mostly just us doing what we can for the folks who live around here. People come by when they need something or just to say hello. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. It’s just a house in the village where we sit and talk about what needs doing next. Most days involve a lot of walking around and checking in on our neighbors. The weather gets pretty warm during the afternoons, so we usually get most of our work done early in the morning or later in the evening when it cools down a bit. This whole thing started because there were things in the village that needed attention, and nobody else was really stepping up. We aren't trying to be famous or anything. We just want to make sure the kids have what they need for school and the older folks aren't left on their own. Sometimes the roads get a bit dusty, but that's just how it is in Rajanagaram. If you find yourself near door 4-27, you can usually see someone sitting out front. We keep our notes in old notebooks and try to stay organized, though it gets messy sometimes. It's just simple work for simple people in our village.
