Ivrcl I&P Ltd is based right out of house number 3-35 in K.Manjeru. This is over in Kajuluru Mandal, which is part of the East Godavari district. Srinivas handles a lot of the day-to-day operations here. It’s a rural area, so things move at a different pace than the big cities. We have our desks set up and the computers running to keep track of various projects happening in this part of Andhra Pradesh. The office feels more like a home because it actually is one. You might hear sounds from the village outside while we are working on site reports or looking at project maps. Being located here helps us stay close to the actual ground reality of the work we do. We don't spend money on glossy brochures or big advertisements. Most people around here know us by name anyway. We deal with various infrastructure tasks and the paperwork can get a bit overwhelming at times, but we manage. The internet can be spotty sometimes, which is a bit of a headache when we need to send off files to the main office. Still, we like being part of the community in K.Manjeru. It’s a practical setup that works for the kind of local coordination we have to do. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure everything is filed correctly.
