Out here in Pothuluru, Prathipadu Mandal, the pace is a bit slower than the big cities. We work for Itd Cementation India Ltd. from a spot near Gnesh Setti’s place. It’s deep in the East Godavari District. Most of our work involves the local projects happening across Andhra Pradesh. We don't have a big corporate office. It's more of a home base where we can organize the gear and the crew. The weather is usually hot, and the landscape is very green. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and the various project sites. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon. We talk about soil, foundations, and cement. It’s practical stuff. The people here are friendly, and we like being part of the rural landscape. We don’t have a website or a marketing team. We just have our reputations and the work we’ve finished. Sometimes the power cuts out during a storm, and we just light a candle and keep talking shop. It’s a simple life, but the work we do is important for the local infrastructure. We’re just a bunch of guys who know how to build things. We’ve been in this area for a long time now. We don't need much to get the job done, just the right tools and a bit of patience. Every day brings something different, whether it's a new site inspection or just sorting out the supply orders.
