Hr Trainee

This is where I work as an HR Trainee, located in Ainapuram within the Mummidivaram area of the East Godavari District. The office is situated at the home of Rama Rao's son. It’s a very rural and green area, quite different from the big city offices you might imagine. Being in East Godavari, we are surrounded by coconut trees and fields, which makes the walk to work quite pleasant. The office itself is very basic, just a room with a couple of chairs, a desk, and a computer that we all share. As a trainee here, I'm learning the ropes of managing people's records and helping with local hiring. It’s a small-scale operation, so I get to see a bit of everything. There isn't a lot of noise here, just the sound of the wind and the occasional tractor passing by. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that; we just wear what’s comfortable for the weather. The internet can be a bit patchy sometimes, especially when it rains, so we have to plan our work around that. It’s a very different pace of life here. We usually take a long break in the afternoon when it gets too hot to do much. It’s a humble place to learn, and everyone knows everyone else in the village. We just focus on helping the local folks with their employment needs as best as we can.
