It’s actually a residential spot, which makes the whole place feel a bit more relaxed. The owner, N.M.N. Murthy, has been here a long time, and the building reflects that. It’s not a corporate park; it’s just a house where we’ve set up our equipment and desks. We have a small sign outside so people don't get lost, but it’s easy to miss if you aren't looking. The rooms are a bit small, and we’ve had to get creative with where we put all our stuff. Boxes are stacked in the corners, and cables run along the floor. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where every single item is located. Most days it’s just the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We don't have a canteen, so we usually just eat our lunch together at one of the larger tables. It feels more like a family setting than a workplace sometimes. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or decorating. We’d rather just keep things simple and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a quiet life here in this part of Andhra Pradesh, and we like the pace. Just a group of people working together in a regular house, making sure we stay on top of the pile of work we have.
