Gowthami Buildcon is based in the Ananda Apartments over in Jagannadhapuram Agraharam. We are at Plot No 123, which is in the Rajanagaram area of East Godavari. Our office at 6-32/1 is where we handle all the planning for our building projects. It’s a quiet spot, and we like that it feels more like a home than a cold office building. We work on various construction and building projects around this region. Since we are located in an apartment complex ourselves, we have a good understanding of what makes a living space comfortable. We aren't a big firm with a lot of hierarchy. When you call us, you usually talk to one of the people who actually goes to the construction site. We spend our days coordinating with workers and making sure we have enough sand and steel for the next phase. The Rajanagaram area is developing quickly, and it’s exciting to be a part of that growth. We don't use any complicated jargon or try to impress people with big words. We just explain what needs to be done and how we plan to do it. It’s about being honest and getting the job finished. We’ve built up a lot of local knowledge over the years, and we use that to help our neighbors build their homes. It’s a steady job, and we take pride in doing it right without any shortcuts.
