We are over on Temple Street in Kakinada, specifically in Vaddadi vari Lane. It’s a busy part of the East Godavari area. Our office is at 27/6/9, but we aren't there as much as we are out at the job sites. We’ve been working as builders and developers for some time now. It’s a lot of hard work and it’s definitely not always pretty. There is a lot of back and forth with the people supplying the cement and the timber. Kakinada is growing so fast these days, so there’s always a new project starting somewhere. We don’t have a large corporate office with a receptionist. It’s mostly just us trying to keep the projects on track. We deal with the heavy rains and the humidity just like everyone else around here. Sometimes things get delayed because the materials don't arrive or the ground is too wet to dig. We try to be honest with everyone about how long things actually take. It’s about putting in the time and making sure the structure is sound. You won't see us wearing suits. We’re usually covered in a bit of dust or mud from the sites. That’s just the way it is when you’re actually doing the building yourself. We aren’t trying to be the biggest outfit in town, just one that does a decent job for the people who hire us.
