Confederation For Redemption Of Margilnalised India (Conform)

We are located on the 3rd Floor of Prem Towers in Narayanpuram. The address is 73-12-4A for those who are trying to find us. Being in Rajahmahendravaram, it gets quite busy around the building, especially during the middle of the day. Our space is part of the Confederation For Redemption Of Margilnalised India, but most people just call us Conform. It’s a bit of a climb up to the third floor if the lift is busy, but we don't mind the walk. The office itself is full of binders and stacks of paper because there is always a lot to keep track of. We have a few windows that look out over the street, so we can see the traffic and people moving about. It’s a very practical workspace. We don’t have any decorations on the walls or any of that stuff. We just have what we need to get the daily tasks done. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the urban sounds drifting up, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. The staff here are just regular people from the neighborhood. We sit at these old wooden desks and go through the mail and do the filing. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s where we feel at home. Narayanpuram is a good spot for us because it’s central. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
