Anagha Welfare Foundation

We are located at 1-165 on Brahmana Street. It’s right in the middle of Mummidivaram Mandal. If you know East Godavari, you know it’s mostly green fields and a lot of humidity. Our office is just a simple house converted into a workspace. It’s on a narrow street, so parking is always a bit of a mess, but we make it work. Anagha Welfare Foundation is mostly run by locals who grew up in this mandal. We spend a lot of time out in the sun, visiting families or checking on things in the village. There is always something going on at the street level—cows passing by, bikes honking, and neighbors shouting across the walls. It’s a very loud and lively place to work. We don't have fancy business cards or a marketing team. We just have a sign on the door and a phone that rings quite a lot. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for help with small daily issues or local community needs. We drink a lot of water to stay hydrated and try to get as much done as we can before the afternoon heat becomes too much. It’s a basic life here, but we like being right on Brahmana Street where everyone can find us without much trouble. We take things as they come and don't worry about being a big organization. It's just us and the village.
