Zim Integrated Shipping Services

Our office is located at 3/61, Kishan Kunj in Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi. If you know East Delhi, you know Laxmi Nagar is one of the most crowded spots you can find. Zim Integrated Shipping Services operates out of here, even though the actual ships are far away at the ports. We spend our time managing the details of those shipments from this small corner of the capital. The streets outside are always full of people, rickshaws, and cars, so getting to work can be a bit of a struggle some mornings. Inside, it is a mix of computers, printers, and a lot of coffee cups. We handle the 110092 area and deal with the logistics of moving containers across the ocean. It’s a lot of data entry and phone calls to customs agents or port authorities. We don’t have a big corporate lobby with a fountain. It’s just an office where people work hard and sometimes argue about where to order lunch from. The building is older, and the stairs are narrow, but it serves us well enough. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy address. We are here to make sure the cargo gets from point A to point B without too many hiccups. It’s a busy life in a busy city, and we just keep plugging away at it. Every day brings a new set of logistical puzzles for us to solve.
