Ywp Infrastructure Private Limited is the name on the door, but most people just know us as the infrastructure guys in the pocket. It’s a residential area mostly, so our office feels more like a home than a workplace. We like it that way. It keeps things relaxed and easy. We don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to. Most days it’s just jeans and work boots for everyone. We do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to local infra projects. It involves a lot of coordination with different departments and making sure the trucks get to where they need to be on time. Mayur Vihar is a good place to be based because it’s connected to everything. We spend a lot of time out in the heat, so the office is a nice place to cool down and look at the numbers and maps. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the work we’ve already done to show people what we are about. It’s about being reliable and showing up when we say we will. Sometimes things go wrong, but we fix them and move on. That’s just how it goes in this line of work. We’re just trying to do a good job for the area.
