Yadhuvanshi Technical Trainingfoundation

We are located in Laxmi Nagar, which is always a bit of a scramble with the crowds and the narrow streets. Our office is at J-79, on the first floor at the back side of the building. It’s not the most glamorous spot, but it suits us just fine. Yadhuvanshi Technical Trainingfoundation is basically a place where people come to pick up some real skills. The rooms are a bit small, and the walls have some marks on them from moving equipment around, but it feels like a place where work actually happens. We have some technical gear and old computers that we use for training. It’s usually pretty noisy because there is always some kind of instruction going on or people discussing a project. We don't have a fancy waiting room with magazines. If you show up early, you might just have to grab a plastic chair in the hallway. We spend most of our time focused on the classes and making sure the students understand what they are doing. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't wear suits or use big words to describe what we do. We just open up the office, turn on the lights, and get to it. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we just use that time to chat. It’s a very human way to run a training center.
