Xtream Gym

Our gym is located at D-303 in Vinod Nagar West. If you’re familiar with the area, we’re just a stone’s throw away from the Vinod Nagar Sabzi Mandi. It’s a busy, noisy part of Delhi, especially in the mornings when the market is in full swing. You can hear the vendors calling out and see the crowds from our entrance. Inside Xtream Gym, things are a bit more focused. We’ve got our weights and machines set up across the floor. It’s not a massive corporate space, but we have everything that’s actually needed. The walls have some marks on them from years of people working out, which we think adds a bit of character. We spend our mornings getting the place ready and the evenings are usually the busiest when everyone gets off work. The air is always moving because we keep the fans going. It’s a local spot where people from the neighborhood come to sweat for an hour or two. There’s no pressure here. We just open the doors early and stay until the last person finishes their set. Being near the Sabzi Mandi means there’s always something happening right outside. Sometimes we just stand by the door and watch the chaos of the market for a minute during a break. It’s just a regular, hardworking gym for regular people around Vinod Nagar. We don't have any fancy bells or whistles, just enough iron for everyone to get a good session in.
