You can find Xact Products at E-286 in Mayur Vihar Phase-2. It’s a decent area, and we’ve been here long enough that we know all the local tea stalls. Our place is basically a working warehouse and office mixed into one. It gets a bit cluttered with all the boxes and samples we keep on hand. We aren't into big speeches or fancy titles. We just show up, check the emails, and start packing. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late, which messes up our schedule, but we just stay a bit longer to catch up. It’s a simple setup with a few computers and a lot of shelf space. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working at our desks or moving crates around. The lighting in the back room is a bit dim, but we know where everything is. We try to keep things straightforward. No complicated processes, just getting the products out the door. We like the neighborhood because it’s easy to get to, and it’s not as chaotic as some other parts of Delhi. It’s just us here, doing the daily grind and making sure the business keeps running smoothly. It is a small operation, but we stay busy.
