We've been running Wilson Sandhu Logistics India Ltd from Maya Cottage for a while now. It's right in the Shakarpur Main Market area. Things get pretty busy around here with all the noise from the street. People come to us when they need stuff moved across the country. It's not a fancy office, just a practical place where we keep track of trucks and shipments. New Delhi traffic can be a total mess, but we've figured out most of the shortcuts. My cousin helps out with the paperwork sometimes when things get overwhelming. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It's just a few desks and some phones that never stop ringing. Mostly, we're on the phone all day talking to drivers or checking where a container is stuck. It's hard work, especially when the weather is hot and the power goes out. We try to keep things simple. If someone asks for a price, we just write it down and get back to them. There isn't any complicated computer system here. We know the neighbors and the local shops well. Sometimes we have tea outside when the market isn't too crowded. Dealing with logistics means things change every hour. One day it's quiet, the next day everything arrives at once. We just handle it as it comes. It's a small team, so we all do a bit of everything. Typing out invoices, checking the logs, or calling the warehouse. It works for us.
