You can find us at E-347 on Street Number 8, over in the Shanti Marg area of New Delhi. We are part of the service core for the Modi group, so we handle a lot of the hands-on maintenance and technical stuff. Delhi is always crowded and noisy, and our street is no different. It’s a busy spot but we like being in the middle of it. The office is at 110092 and it’s a typical Delhi building with a lot of history. We spend most of our time dealing with service calls and making sure the equipment is working like it should. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady work. We have a few technicians who are always on the move. When we are in the office, it’s mostly just organizing the schedules and catching up on logs. There isn't much space for a lounge or anything like that, just workbenches and files. We've seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the parts lying around, but we know where everything is. If someone comes by, they usually just walk straight into the back where the action is. We don't have a receptionist, so you just have to shout for someone to help you. It’s a practical way to run things and it keeps us busy from morning until late in the evening most days.
