Vrl Logistics Ltd has a spot here in Mayur Vihar Phase I Extension. We’re in B-2, Lovely Apartment. It might seem like a strange place for a logistics company, being in an apartment building, but it works for our needs. It’s a bit quieter than the main industrial hubs, which is a nice change of pace. We handle a lot of the local coordination from here. The office is small and filled with stacks of delivery slips. New Delhi is always moving fast, so we try to keep up without losing our heads. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know who handles what. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. It’s just us doing the actual work. Sometimes the neighbors in the apartment block complain about the delivery bikes, so we try to keep it down. We spend a lot of time on the phone, making sure packages are where they should be. The summer heat in Delhi is no joke, so we have a small cooler that hums in the corner all day. It’s not a glamorous setup, but the work gets done and the customers seem okay with that. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the manifests are clear and the deliveries are on track.
