Vivaan Welfare Foundation

Vivaan Welfare Foundation is based at D 12 A on the upper ground floor in Pandav Nagar, East Delhi. We have been in this part of Delhi for a while, and we like it because everything is so close by. The upper ground floor is nice because we are just a few steps up from the street level. It is a busy neighborhood with lots of families and small businesses all packed together. Our office is a modest space, mostly filled with stacks of papers and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We do not have a fancy reception desk or anyone in a suit waiting at the door. It is usually just one of us looking up from a desk when someone walks in. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing in the Delhi heat. We spend our days coordinating different bits of welfare work. It can get a bit chaotic when we have a lot going on at once, but we manage. Pandav Nagar has a lot of character, and we feel like we fit right in. We are not trying to impress anyone with a shiny office; we just want a place where we can do our work quietly and efficiently. Most of our neighbors are friendly, and we often share a cup of tea with the shopkeeper next door. It is a very human way to run things, and that suits us just fine.
