We’ve got our place at J 365 and 366 in Old Seemapuri. It’s a double spot, which gives us a bit more room than most, but it still gets crowded with all the things we keep around. Old Seemapuri is a tight-knit area in Delhi. Everyone seems to know everyone else’s business. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. Our office isn’t shiny or new. It’s got that lived-in feel because we’re here late most nights. We don’t have a receptionist or a big lobby. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us working on something. We do our best to keep things organized, but in this line of work, there’s always a bit of a mess. That’s just part of it. We like it here because it feels real. There’s no pretending to be something we’re not. We’re just Vadehra Builders, doing what we’ve always done. The streets outside are narrow and full of life. It can be a challenge to get materials delivered sometimes, but we’ve figured out the tricks over the years. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller team and we like it that way. It keeps things simple. If someone has a question, they just ask, and we give them a straight answer. That’s the way things go at our place in 110095. We’ve seen kids grow up in this street while we’ve been sitting here at these same desks.
