Usma Clinic

You can find our clinic in Laxmi Nagar, specifically at E-63 in Jawahar Park. We are right opposite Metro Pillar Number 47, which is the easiest way to tell people how to get here. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how crowded and lively the streets are. There are shops and street food vendors everywhere. Our clinic is tucked into this busy area. It’s a small space, mostly just a front desk and a few consultation rooms. The walls are painted a simple white, and we have a few fans that hum all day to keep the heat away. We see a lot of people who are just passing through the neighborhood or who live in the nearby blocks. It is a local place where we handle all sorts of health issues. There is no corporate polish here. The floor is a bit uneven, and the waiting area is tiny, so people often stand outside on the sidewalk while they wait their turn. We spend our time listening to people's problems and trying to figure out the right treatment. The staff is just a small group of us who handle everything from answering the phone to cleaning up at night. We don’t make big claims about our work; we just show up and do the job every day in the middle of all the Delhi chaos.
