Our office is located in Mayur Vihar Phase 3, specifically in the SFS Flats in Pocket A. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the workday feel a bit more grounded than being in a business district. We aren't in one of those huge glass buildings in the city center. We operate from here, handling the various things that come with a business like ours. There is always a lot of coordination needed between different departments. We spend plenty of time on the phone and checking our internal systems. It’s not always glamorous work. Some days we are just buried under paperwork and others we are busy with local issues. The office is cozy but functional. We have our routine and we stick to it. Being in East Delhi has its own rhythm. We see the same neighbors every day and it feels like a community. We don't really go for the high-pressure corporate style. We just try to be practical and solve problems as they pop up. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or Internet issues, but that is just part of living and working here. We focus on getting the tasks finished so we can go home on time. It is a straightforward environment where we don't use a lot of big words. We just get through the pile of work on our desks. That's how it is for us in Mayur Vihar. We’ve been here for a while and we know how things work in this neighborhood. We just keep going.
