We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now, handling whatever comes our way in terms of infrastructure and local projects. Street Number 3 can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't from around here, but once you see the sign for D-726, you know you’ve made it. It’s not a corporate office with a big lobby. It’s more of a functional space where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to different sites across the city. The heat in Delhi gets pretty bad in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay on top of the work. There is always something needing attention, whether it's a permit or a supply issue. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture. We just want to make sure the jobs get finished. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. Most of the guys have been with the company for years, so we have a good rhythm. Being in Ashok Nagar puts us right in the middle of things, which helps when we need to get across town quickly. It is a no-nonsense environment here.
