Unitech Ltd

The office is tucked away at A-4 West Nathu Colony in Shahdara. If you’re coming from the main part of Delhi, it’s quite a trek, but for those of us who live in East Delhi, it’s perfectly fine. We’ve been at this spot for Unitech Ltd since 110093 was just another pin code people didn't know well. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot going on. Our space is on the ground floor, which is convenient for moving things in and out. We don't have fancy glass partitions or anything like that. It’s mostly just open space with desks pushed against the walls. We have a small back room where we keep the server and some extra stationery. The lighting isn't the best, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. People walk past the window all day, so there’s always some noise from the street. It’s not a corporate park; it’s a real street with real shops around us. We know the guy who runs the corner shop and the person who delivers the water jars. It’s a community feel. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to keep the paperwork from piling up too high. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours and it works for the kind of work we handle here. We just show up, do the job, and go home to our families at the end of the day.
