Udhyamjyot Foundation

You can find Udhyamjyot Foundation at Shop No 106 on the first floor of Surya Complex. It’s in Shakarpur, right in the Veer Savarkkar Block. The complex is always buzzing with people because there are so many different shops and offices here. It’s a bit of a climb up to the first floor, and the hallway can be a bit dark sometimes. Our shop is small, but we’ve managed to fit a couple of desks and a storage cabinet inside. It’s definitely a working space, not a showroom. We deal with a lot of paperwork and people who are looking to start their own small ventures. Being in Shakarpur means we are right in the middle of a lot of commercial energy, which is good for us. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. The AC struggles a bit during the peak of summer, so we usually have a table fan going as well. Most of our day is spent talking to visitors or checking through documents. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website team. It’s just us here in Shop 106, trying to help people get their ideas off the ground. We like the hustle and bustle of the complex. It makes us feel like we’re part of something bigger. Sometimes we grab a snack from the street vendors downstairs when the work gets a bit too much to handle.
