We are down on the ground floor at number 89 in Dilshad Colony. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re in this part of Delhi. Tyco Thermal Controls India Pvt Ltd has been here for a bit now. Being on the ground floor is great because we don’t have to deal with any stairs when we’re bringing in supplies. The office is basically just one large room where we all sit. It gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we don’t mind. We’ve got some old metal cabinets for our files and a few plants that someone forgets to water. Dilshad Colony is a lively place to be. There’s always someone shouting or a car horn going off outside, but that’s just life in 110095. We do our best to stay organized, even if the desks get buried under paperwork by Tuesday afternoon. We don’t use any big words or fancy titles here. Everyone just chips in where they can. It’s a very basic setup, just the essentials for running the business. We focus on the thermal controls work and try to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes we have a quick chat with the neighbors while we're out getting water. It’s a humble sort of place, nothing like those tall towers in the city center. We just come in, do what needs doing, and head home to our families after a long day.
