Tushar Industries

Tushar Industries is basically just a small team of us working out of Office No 11 in Guru Ramdas Nagar. If you know the Main Market in Laxmi Nagar, you know how loud and crowded it gets during the afternoons. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at. It has some old desks, a few chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of paperwork piled up on the shelves. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and checking what needs to get done for the day. Being right in the middle of the market means there is always something going on outside our door. Sometimes the traffic is so bad you can barely hear yourself talk, but that is just how it is here. We have been in this spot for a while now. Most of the other shop owners nearby know us by name. We don't really have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It’s just a place where we come to work every day and try to keep things moving. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to worry about that. When people come by, they usually just walk in and start talking to us. It's a very local way of doing things. We handle the daily tasks as they come and don't try to overcomplicate how we run the business. Most of our time is spent just making sure the orders are right.
