Truturn Machines India Ltd is tucked away in the Patparganj Industrial Area at B 505 in the FIE block. If you know the area, you know how packed the lanes get with vehicles and delivery vans. Our unit is one of many in this rows of buildings, and we use the space mainly for our machine work. Inside, it sounds like an industrial shop should, with the hum of engines and the clinking of metal parts. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer phones with a script. Usually, someone just picks up and tells you if we can do the job or not. The focus here is on the machines themselves. We spend a lot of time making sure the dimensions are right and the turning is smooth. It’s repetitive work sometimes, but it’s what we do. The floor is usually covered in some shavings or oil, and we clean it up at the end of every shift. We get our tea from the local stall nearby and take short breaks when the machines are running their cycles. It’s a busy life here in Patparganj. We don’t really bother with making the place look like a corporate office because that wouldn't make sense for the type of work we handle. It’s just a honest workshop where we try to get the orders finished on time.
