So, True Friends Impex Private Limited is set up in Shop Number 8 in Plot Number 2 of the Lal Shastri Complex. Some people call it the Bhorelal Shastri Complex, and we are right in Pocket 2. It’s a typical commercial complex setup where you have all sorts of businesses running side by side. Being in a complex means there is always people moving around and a lot of noise, which we don't mind too much. Our shop isn't very big, but we have managed to cram in everything we need to run the business. We have our desks, some old cupboards for files, and a small space where we sit and have our lunch. It’s not the most modern place in the world, and some of the floor tiles are a bit cracked, but it serves its purpose. We spend our days handling the impex side of things, which is basically a lot of tracking and organizing. We aren't interested in making ourselves sound like some huge international firm. We are just a small team working out of a shop in a busy complex. The parking around here can be a total mess, so we usually just walk or take the local transport. We don't have any scripted speeches about our mission. We just focus on the practical tasks that need to be done today so we don't have a backlog tomorrow. It’s a simple, no-nonsense way of doing things.
