Our office for the Transport Corporation Of India Ltd is at 25 D, in a New DDA Janta Flat. We are located near Chilla in Mayur Vihar Phase-I, Delhi. It is a residential area, so it feels a lot different than being in a commercial hub. The flats are simple, and we have converted ours into a workspace for our transport operations. It is not a huge warehouse or a glass tower. It is just a place where we sit down and figure out how to get trucks from one city to another. We have stacks of files and maps all over the place. Being in the 110091 area makes it convenient for us to reach different parts of Delhi. We have a small team here, and we have all been working in transport for a long time. It is a lot of routine work—checking manifests, calling drivers, and updating schedules. Sometimes the neighborhood is quiet, and other times it’s full of kids playing outside. We like the balance. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just handle the logistics for this branch and keep things running as smoothly as we can. It is practical work for people who don't need a lot of frills. We are just here doing our job in a regular Delhi flat, making sure the cargo gets where it needs to go every single day.
