We’ve been based around the Delhi and Haryana region for a while now. Most days here at Tradexpan (India) Pvt Ltd start with a lot of phone calls and checking on various shipments. It’s a busy spot, 110092, and the traffic outside never really lets up. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done and keep things moving. We deal with a lot of back-and-forth stuff, mostly coordination and making sure the paperwork is in order before things head out. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the construction nearby, but you get used to it. The team is small, just a few of us who have been around this part of the city for years. We know where the good tea is sold just down the road. It isn't always smooth, there are delays and the internet goes out sometimes, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep the business going and our heads down. It’s mostly about the day-to-day rhythm of trading. We spend a lot of time on computers and talking to vendors from all over the country. If you walk into our place, you'll see stacks of files and probably a few empty chai cups on the desks. That's just how we work. It’s practical and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Delhi is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat, but we stay focused on the tasks. We just keep moving forward.
