We’ve been at 38, Functional Industrial Area in Patparganj for quite some time now. Mostly, we spend our days looking at machines and trying to figure out why they stopped working. It gets pretty loud and dusty around here, but that’s just how it is in the industrial area. Systems & Equipment Maintenance Co. Pvt. Ltd. is just a bunch of us who know our way around a toolbox. We aren't really into fancy office setups or anything like that. You’ll usually find us with grease on our hands, staring at a piece of equipment that's seen better days. The coffee machine in the breakroom is probably the only thing we can't seem to fix properly. We get a lot of calls from people who are stressed because their production lines are down, and we just do what we can to get things moving again. It’s not glamorous work, but it fills the day. Sometimes we have to wait a while for parts to arrive, which can be a bit of a headache for everyone involved. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a machine is past its prime, we'll tell you straight. There’s no point in sugarcoating things when there’s work to be done. The traffic in Patparganj can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap up before the rush hits. It’s just a regular workplace where people show up and do their jobs every day.
