Swami Dyanand Hospital

We are located in the Dilshad Garden area. It is a pretty well-known spot for people living in this part of the city. The hospital isn't anything spectacular to look at from the outside. It is just a functional building that has been here for years. Inside, it is usually a bit of a scramble. In the mornings, the lobby gets quite full with people waiting for their turn. We have benches that have seen better days. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are more focused on keeping the medical areas clean. Our staff is a mix of older experienced hands and some younger ones just starting out. It gets noisy with all the talking and the sound of trolleys moving around. We don't follow a corporate script when we talk to people. We just speak plainly. If there is a delay, we tell you. Sometimes the computers go down and we have to do things by hand, which slows everything up. That is just life in a busy hospital. We serve the local families mostly. People know where we are and what we do. There are no fancy brochures or marketing campaigns here. We just open the doors every morning and see who comes in. It is a simple, straightforward way of running things. We just try to keep up with the daily needs.
