We are located on the second floor of A-22, Gali No. 8 in Pratap Nagar. Being in Mayur Vihar Phase-1 is handy because everything is close by. Svth Export Private Limited isn't a massive operation. We just have this one spot where we handle all our export work. Gali No. 8 can get pretty crowded with bikes and people, but that’s just how East Delhi is. Our office is tucked away, so it’s a bit quieter once you get upstairs. We spend our days dealing with logistics and making sure things are headed to the right place. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait, but we've gotten used to it. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home. The second-floor view isn't much, just the street below, but it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. We’ve been here for some time now and the locals know us. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but it’s good exercise. We have a couple of desks and a printer that occasionally jams. It’s a real office with real problems. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just export stuff and try to keep the business running smoothly from this little corner of Pratap Nagar. Every day brings a new set of papers to sign, and we just get through them one by one.
