Supertech Construction Group

This is the New Ashok Nagar office of the Supertech Construction Group. We are at C-166, which is right on the edge of Delhi and Noida. It’s a very packed area with lots of narrow lanes and small shops everywhere. Finding parking is always a nightmare around here, so most of us take the metro or use two-wheelers. The office itself is quite basic. We have some desks, some old cupboards for files, and a water cooler that everyone congregates around. We spend our days looking at site plans and talking to contractors. It can get pretty loud outside with all the people and the traffic on the main road. We’ve been here for several years now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a real mix of people living and working in the same space. We don't bother with any big decorations or corporate branding inside. It’s just a place where we come to work and deal with the construction business. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall down the street. It’s a very local way of working. We just focus on the projects we have on hand and try to keep things moving forward. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our daily reality here in East Delhi. We have a lot of work to get through every week, so there isn't much time for anything else. We just take it one day at a time.
