Summit Residency Private Limited is located at Shop No. 4, Plot No. 7, in the Aditya Complex in Preet Vihar. Being in a complex means we have a lot of neighbors and there is always something going on nearby. We focus on residency services and managing properties in East Delhi. Our office is just a small shop where we keep our files and meet with the people who live in the buildings we look after. It isn't a glamorous job, but it involves a lot of daily tasks like managing maintenance, collecting dues, and helping new residents move in. We don't have any flashy advertisements or a marketing department. We just sit at our desks and deal with the phone calls and the paperwork that comes with running a residency business. Sometimes we have to deal with broken pipes or electrical issues in the middle of the night, and we just handle it. We have been in Preet Vihar for quite a while now and have seen how the area has changed over the years. We aren't trying to be a huge corporation; we just want to provide a reliable service to the people who live in our managed properties. It’s a lot of routine work, but we take it seriously and try to keep everything organized. Most of our clients are people we have known for years, and we like it that way.
