Subaltern Media Foundation

Our office for Subaltern Media Foundation is at Ag-5 Puja, CGHS Plot No 77, in Patpar Ganj. We are right in the Indra Prastha Extension area, near the Shyadri Apartments. It is a nice spot in East Delhi with a lot of apartment blocks around. We work out of a space that feels more like a home than a sterile office. There are always books and papers lying around because of the media work we do. It’s not the kind of place where everyone wears a tie. We’re usually just in jeans, sitting around a table trying to figure out our next project. Patpar Ganj has a good vibe for this kind of work. We aren't some big media conglomerate. We’re just a small foundation trying to give a voice to things we care about. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when we’re all talking at once, but we like the energy. We don't have a professional writer for this stuff. We just wanted to let people know where we are and that we’re real people. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-discussion or working on a laptop. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. You just come in and say hello. It’s a simple, practical way to work, and it suits us just fine. We just take things as they come and try to make something meaningful without overthinking the corporate side.
