Stepnext Skills Services (Opc) Private Limited is located at B-49 in West Vinod Nagar, over in East Delhi. It’s a small place, but it serves our purpose well. We spend most of our time here thinking about skills and how to provide services that actually help people get ahead. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who decided to start something on our own. The office is in a regular residential and commercial mix area, so it feels very much like part of the neighborhood. We don't use any of that polished corporate language because that’s not who we are. We’re just regular people working in West Vinod Nagar. Most of our work involves talking to clients and trying to figure out what kind of skill sets are actually in demand right now. It’s not always easy to keep up with everything, but we do our bit. We don't have any grand missions or fancy brochures. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. Some days are slow and we just sit around the small table we have, and other days we're running around trying to get things finished. We like the vibe of East Delhi; it’s busy and honest. That’s how we try to run this place too—just keeping it simple and getting the work done without making a big deal out of it.
