We are located over in East Delhi, specifically at 12 Saini Enclave. You have to come up to the first floor to find us. Karkardooma is a lively area, and being here puts us right in the middle of everything. It’s a decent-sized space we’ve got. We started this hospital because we saw a need for more care options in this specific part of the city. It’s not a corporate chain or anything like that. We know our patients by name often. The doctors here spend a lot of time on their feet. It’s a lot of walking back and forth between the rooms. We try to keep things organized, but in a hospital, things change fast. You might be planning one thing and then an emergency comes in. That’s just the nature of the job. Our desks are usually piled with files and the coffee machine is always running. We don’t have fancy marketing people writing stuff for us. We just focus on the patients who show up at our door in Saini Enclave. It feels like a small community inside these walls. Some of our nurses have been with us since the start. It’s a tough job sometimes, and the hours are long, but we’re here every day. It’s just how we earn our living and help out the people around here in East Delhi. Sometimes the lobby gets noisy, but we try to keep things moving as best as we can for everyone.
